I heard this internet meme for the first time this Christmas season, and I can’t get it out of my head, so I thought I’d share the pain with everyone else. This is the original Burger King parody, not the parody of the parody sung by Peter Griffin on The Family Guy. Carol of the Bells will never be the same.

I knew when I wrote the post that someone would get confused by that, but my brain was cramping up and I couldn’t figure out a different way to say it. I was trying to say that it was the first time I heard it in 2008, not the first time I ever heard it.
